Custom BM dresses...Blue in NYC

Is anyone having their BM dresses custom made? I can't find anything that we like and the gown I am probably wearing is very couture and a little avant garde. So I need someone to match the gown to the BM dresses.

I heard of some place BLUE in NYC. Does anyone know anything about this place or any other places?
