Custom Designers/Dressmakers?

Custom Designers/Dressmakers?

Ok so I'm like really weird and must be unique all the time. I should have known this would extend to my wedding!

I want a colored wedding dress (bronze or copper to be exact) but can't find the exact dress I want. I do see pieces of different dresses that I think would look perfect together. What I've been doing is trying on the dresses paying special attention to those 'pieces' that I like. So far so good. But would like to get the 'full effect'. Does anyone know of someone who could draw/sketch it out so I can really see it together?

You can go to a local seamstress or tailor in your neighborhood or a dry cleaners. I can recommend a place to you in Queens. It's by 63rd Drive, Rego Park. The lady does amazing work. FM me for the address and info. There are also a couple by East 22-23rd Street that does custom/couture dresses.

You could post an ad on craigslist for a sketch artist

There is a woman in Long Beach who makes custom prom and wedding dresses. Her name is Stephanie and she owns a store called Frock in Long Beach. She used to work for Vera Wang.

I got my bridesmaid dresses from her and she is doing the alterations on my wedding dress.
