Where can I go to get custom invitataions and how expensive are they? I just want to talk to someone about an idea I have for an ivitation that I can't do myself. It'll probably be too expensive but I would like to check it out anyway. If I don't I'll never know.

Re: Custom invitations
You should post this post on the 'Vendors Helping Brides' board. You will probabaly get responses from vendors who do customize invitations that could help you with what you are looking for.

Ok... I know Fat Cat Graphics (in I think Mastic Beach?) does great custom invites....whatever you want. Their site is under construction though but couldn't hurt to call

Re: Custom invitations
I am using Sonic Stef for my custom invitations, I wanted to incorporate a muted photo on my invites and I couldnt find anything I really loved in the stores or online. She is designing them now and she's very easy to work with. Her prices vary depending on if you want just the design or the full package, but I would definitely check her out, here is her website:
I used Fairytale Affairs on Merrick Rd. in Massapequa for my custom invites. The pics are in my album. Let me know if you want more info!

Re: Custom invitations
I'm getting custom letterpress from an etsy artist.
There are so many artists there, I wouldn't recommend mine, because her designs aren't great but her paper/binding and printing is flawless (and cheap).
*cheap for letterpress, she is doing them for me at 10 bucks a pop.
** and I'm designing them myself... with my somewhat new and limited graphic design abilities...
