custom made wedding band

ok so my question is kinda confusing...there is a picture of my ering on here and its not somthing that I can get a regular band to wear with it..so next month I have an appointment with Elsa to see about making one custom. which will be nice bc I can wear it with the ring instead of having to move it to my right hand.which I dont want to do!

the only thing is since it will be a wierd shape I can never just wear the wedding band alone, so im thinking of getting a seperate wedding band to wear seperate ...is that a dumb idea? since ill have like three rings then? what should I do?

I LOVE my e-ring but it ***** that i have to have it custom made

i dont know where its located but there is a jeweler in lindenhurst called Maresa jewelers and they are amazing so you might want to check them out for a custom wedding band as well...

but for your question id hold off on getting a third ring... see how things work out with the custom band and then if you feel you want to get another one go for it...

do custom made and just wear both. Don't attach the band so you can wear it separately

yeha im not going to attach it but if its going to be an odd shape it might look wierd alone

but for your question id hold off on getting a third ring... see how things work out with the custom band and then if you feel you want to get another one go for it...

the only reason I want a plain band I can wear alone is because I am a nurse and I need a flat band for work or I cant wear it at all ..bc i could scratch someone ..or ever worse loose it..(kidding to even worse) haha i had a stressful day today at work :)

Oh I get it... Im a nurse too and my e-ring is a high cut princess and I never wear it to work because im so scared its gonna fall out in a glove and i wont notice it..... maybe you should go for a regular band as well then...

my mom lost her 3 ct stone in a glove!! :(

Im an rn... i have a ft job in an er in queens and part time job at an oncologists in bayshore...

I cant imagine losing a 3 carat stone... mine is 1.75 id freak out if i lost it and fh would killlllll me

do you want the ring to be flushed .. is that why you are getting it customed made ? because my ering band is kind if wierd shape and i made the descion that my wedding ring wont be flused against it ... if i could i would just wear the wedding one on my right hand and get whaever i want ... but i have 2 erings so i cant do that ... but maybe you should consider doing that .... if you dont want to then screw it get 3 rings .... i say the more jewlery the better .. FH is going to have 2 wedding bands ... one everyday one and one to go out with!

there will be times you wont want to wear the
e-ring and want to wear just a band

not sure what the custom one will look like since your e-ring is so intricate - personally, i think a band will take away from the beauty of the e-ring so i would have to see what it looks like

I saw them too, I thought it was very neat what they did with the wax molds. Did you stop at their booth? I think you could at least go there and talk to them to see what they could do for you.

My e ring band is very wide, and the shape at the top if very unique....so I just went out and got a thick a$$ wedding band with lots of diamonds to wear on my other hand. I was kind of upset at first that I would have both ring fingers taken up, but then I figured, that both rings are gorgeous, so why not! I will post a pic later, I am not at my usual computer now, so I cant

yeah that is what im going to have to do if I dont have it custom made...I just hate the idea of moving my ering to my other hand :(
