Custom Tiara - Where to go?

I am going to go to Tri-County this weekend to price out how much for a knock off tiara would be if they specialty made it for me. What I wanted to know does anyone know any places that does 'knock-offs' or do custom made work for not so bad pricing?

I love a tiara but refuse to spend $275 on it and I am trying to see if i can get one made up. I have to be so picky that it has opal beads and green beadwork on it. It is a Erica Koesler tiara that i feel in love with.
