My OOT bags:
Local cookies from a nearby farm
Scented Candle
Bottled Water
Little Packet of Advil
Hersheys Hugs and Kisses
Homemade Olive Oil Milled Soap

Also a
Full packet of information on what to do in the area

i want that box now...

Lots of snacks!! small cello bags of candy, crackers, cookies, fruit, nuts, etc.
bottled water or sparkling cider
maps to the wedding and reception sites
a program or schedule
a short note of welcome

martha stewart (hang in there-i know) had a cool suggestion on a spa box, which i bet with stuff from target and walmart and classy, plain boxes you could replicate. See pic. On here website is even how to make favors like rosemary sea salt, and i MIGHT attempt this, we'll see!

these were suggested in Modern Bride, a little pricey but you can pare down or use them as models for DIY baskets.

another place to get flip flops too if you're doing a basket in the BR for those with weary feet, these are cute and $9 for a dozen in various sizes.
