cute story...

So i just started teaching 1st grade in November

the other day we finished up a lesson and one of my boys came up to me and says 'what is that ring on your finger'?

So I say, 'It's my engagement ring, it means I am getting married'

So the whole class gets so excited and start asking me when I am getting married. I tried to explain that it wouldn't be this summer vacation, but next,.

So a few little girls start jumping up and down saying 'we are going to miss. b........'s wedding'.

It was so cute. just thought i'd share

I am a pemanent sub and when there is noone out, I work in one first grade room alot. After I got engaged, the teacher had the students type up little notes to me and put it on a banner. Out of 21 kids, 19 of them wrote 'I hope you like the guy'. Little kids are so cute!

One of my friends did that, It was so cute to see them all at the church
