cutting boards

i know your not suppose to use the same ones...

with wood ones and the plastic ones...
which ones are suppose to be used for what foods?

I used my wood ones for meat (not chicken) and I use my plastic ones for chicken (I have one just for chicken) and another for veggies and such!!

All of my boards are plastic. I have one for meat, another for chix, one for fish, and a 4th for veggies.

I think you can use the same one you just have to WASH them well after EVERY USE

I have like three or four anyways but I dont think it matters?

I dont like to cut chicken on wood boards...I use plastic ones for that and the veggies!
