We're dancing to 'Bright Side of the Road' by Van Morrison...My dad and I are going to choreograph a dance to it because its an very upbeat, jazzy, almost swinhg-like song...I love listening to it and thinking about how we're going to dance!!!

im scared ... my dad doesnt dance ...AT ALL ... i have only seen my parents dance ONCE in my whole life! so im really scared ... i love my dad but we are not the mushy type either ... believe it or not my FH made me into a mush. maybe we will do an italian song

My Dad and I are dancing to Butterfly kisses-Bob Carlisle...he used to play the guitar and sing it to me when I was younger.

My father has MS. It will be interesting to see how we will be able to dance together. I'm assuming we'll practice beforehand so he can get the hang of it.

Also, I want to do a short song so he wont have to stand on his feet for long. Any ideas ladies?

We have 2 songs, 1st is lullabye by Billy Joel and the second is Young At Heart, which was my grandfather's song, who passed, so that's going to be for him...I cry just thinking about it!!!!!!!

My mom and I are dancing together since my father passed away a few years ago. Our top picks:

- 'Kind and Generous'
- 'In My Daughter's Eyes'
- 'I Hope You Dance'
- 'I Can't Smile Without You'

I don't know how I am going to get through it...just typing them out now brought tears to my eyes!

I am still not sure about this one..anyone know of a song that would be good when you don't have the closet relationship but wish you did? I want the song to relate that eventhough we don't have that relationship I still love him but I can't find anything. Worse comes to worse I think I will play it safe with 'Isnt she lovley'...any ideas let me know.

I will also be dancing with my brother and uncle who have been my father figures..My brother I am gonna do Wind Beneath my Wings. My uncle I am not too sure yet..I need help too !!!
