Re: Dance Lessons
There is a great place in Farmingdale on Hempstead Tpke called 'Dance Obsession'. The owners are professional competitive ballroom dancers. I know many people who took lessons from them & had a blast!!! I plan on going there a few months prior to my wedding too! As far as price, I'm really not sure.

Re: Dance Lessons
We are going to take classes at a local highschool. It is actually an adult continuing education program. It is going to be more fun than serious and it is cheap! It is $80 for 8 weeks (one night a week)!

Re: Dance Lessons
We are also going to Remember When in St. James. They are very nice, and have been extremely patient! It's been alot of fun, for me anyway! The price is not bad, and they don't make you sign a contract or buy a package, which is very nice.

Re: Dance Lessons
My FW wants us to take dance lessons... she's very good on her feet.. natural ryhthm.I, on the other hand.. suck.
I think we'll take a few lessons so I look better on the floor. I am going to be so embarrased!!! God, the things I go through for this woman... It's just GOTTA be love!
Then again.. I can throw a football correctly.. She throws like a girl. So there!

Re: Dance Lessons
Probably the universal male answer...lol women have cornered the market on dancing and accessorizing, decorating and having babies.. us guys are much more adept at throwing a football and belching...And in that scenario.. I think all would agree.. everything evens out....
Seriously...
Keep the laughter going.. Weddings can bring about stress. But thank God for them! Thank God for falling in love!

Isnt this the truth!! Thank god for my FH and his sence of humor, otherwise I would be so stressed. When he sees me start to worry, he always turns it around to make me see the positive... He's wonderful!!
PS: I like your name, thats my dads name

...If the name has anything to do with luck, you'll be married for 44 years just like my parents come this February 14th!

Re: Dance Lessons
That's a good man you got there!
Any guy who can bring out the laughter when things get stressed is really good man! No wonder you both fel in love.
I try to do the same with my FW.
And I hope that you and your FH and my FW and I have as many years together as your folks. 44 years is a beautiful thing.
Many more!

Smithtown. Here's the link . It hasn't been updated for Spring yet. The woman in charge told me it should be updated by next week. The lessons start in March and will be on a Thursday night.
