Is anyone considering, or will be taking, dance lessons before their wedding? If so, what kind and where? Thanks!

Re: Dance Lessons?
Maybe a few just so we don't look silly for our first dance.

Re: Dance Lessons?
I'm taking lessons with John of Ballroomdancing (a vendor here). He is great. He works both out of Valley Stream and Garden City that I know of , perhaps other locations, you can ask him.
Until September I am taking lessons with my Dad and once FH returns I will go with him. My Dad is so hooked that he is going to continue taking lessons without me.
He also really works around your schedule.
ETA: We are doing ballroom (fox trot), Salsa, rumba and as we progress a bunch of other dances.

Arthur Murray (the man) is no longer alive - but there are multiple studios on LI. I went there just for myself a couple of years ago and I had a good experience.

Your first lesson is free. FI and I will take lessons starting in the fall or winter in Bayside on Bell blvd.
