Dance Lessons??

My FI and I just attended a wedding and watched a couple dance so well together. (Guests, not bride and groom) Anyway, he seems interested in Dance Lessons. We are getting married in a little over 2 months. So ladies, there is not a moment to lose. Who do you recommend for lessons??? Thanks for your input.

Dance Lessons??

My fi just ordered us a few dance lesson video tapes from Amazo.com...he has watched them (I have not had the time) and says that they are helpful. I can get you the names if you would like! Good luck!

Dance Lessons??

Marianne from Steppin Out. We've been taking lessons for a couple of months now once a week with her and she is fabulous! She is in Massapequa and her number is 516-223-8131.

Dance Lessons??

I recommend Arthur Murray.. its not cheap - you have to buy a package 6 private, 6 group, 6 practice sessions for $576 - but its worth it! My fiance could hardly keep a beat now we can swing dance, do the fox trot, slow dance, fast dance..we even put together a little routine for our first dance :) If you are interested look up Arthur Murray in the phone book, we are going to the one in Huntington, I know there is one in Plainview. Good luck!

Dance Lessons??

How far in advance did you start taking lessons? We aren't getting married until next year so I don't want to start so early that we forget everything, but at the same time it's a nice way to just be together.

Dance Lessons??

we took lessons with Mitch at Arthur Murray in Plainview. It was 2 private, 2 group, 2 practice party sessions and 1 lesson review for $200. It is definitely worth the money, especially for those of you who have to drag their man onto the floor. If they know what to do they are so much more confident.
