Dance Lessons

I actually convinced my FH to take dance lessons for our first dance. I want to have the dance choreographed to At Last. Any GOOD recommendations of Suffolk dance studio?

Thanks!

If you want to do partner dancing I'd recommend Arthur Murray dance studio they have a lot of locations I'm sure there's one in Suffolk.

The funny part is that although i can dance, I SUCK at couples dancing, i dont know how to follow, guess i am used to doing my own thing lol...I am a solo dancer hahahaha...But FH is good and knows all the couple dances and stuff, so he is going to help me out and teach me lol...This will be interesting

but thats cute, what type of dance are you looking to learn?

I want to take private ballroom dance lessons. I used to take dance lessons but my FH cannot dance. Ha ha. I wanted to have our first dance choreographed for us. I thought it would be so unique and elegant. My top 2 choices would be At Last (Etta James) or All the Way (Frank Sinatra),

my mom is soooooo happy that i HAVE to learn how to do a real 'couples' dance. she is a ballroom dancer and im always like mom...ill stick to 'my' dancing u stick to yours...cuz its just not my thing...fh and i can dance...just not ballroom dance...so jokingly i told her im not going to learn unless she learns how to do our 'moves'

but i think it will be cute.

my mom does her stuff in jersey...but she knows a place in rockville centre...but thats nassau...so not much help

There is an arthur murray on bell blvd, I know you're from queens. I sent them an e-mail a while ago but I forgot what the price quote was. I know your first lesson is free

this is so funny because FH is the one that actually wants to take dance lessons. LoL he wants our first dance to be like a ballroom type dance but he doesn't want anyone to know...HAHA

I have to give my honest opinion... i want dance lessons..but if you are getting it cherographed make sure you practice and practice.. my uncle did this for his 3rd wedding and he looked like he was in pain counting 1-8 in his head.. don't let your video or pictures come out that way!
