If you've done this, can you tell me roughly how much they cost? I think it's a great idea, but I don't know if we can afford it.
We are taking lessons at Fred Astaire in the city and bought a package of 10 lessons, which is $85.00 per lesson. If you take individual ones I think it's $95.00. We love to dance and have been thinking of taking lessons for a while anyway but this time we had an excuse to actually spend that much money. But I think it's way too expensive because to get good at it you would need about 20 lessons.
a friend of ours took them and they said it was $50 per lesson and they had to take quite a few
I took them with John from from Ballroom Dance Long Island. Per Lesson they're $70 something. I think $75 or something like that. If you get a package of 4 he'll give you a better deal. He's really amazing and works with your schedule. FM me if you have any questions. FH and I took about 9 lessons with him and we learned a routine, plus we learned swing and the hustle. We'll probably go one or two more times b4 the wedding.
