my FH and I have been taking dance lessons even b4 we were engaged for fun. We go to dance magic ballroom in suffolk county. We have such a great time and the people are great. Let me know if you want the info.

Lana that is so funny you posted this because I was talking to Steve about this yesterday about taking dance lessons, particularly salsa because he can't dance.

I definitely want to take some classes for my first dance and some salsa. Liz have u looked into any? Maybe we can get a group together and get a group rate? What do u ladies think?

We took lessons with John from LI ballroom dance and he is awesome. He offers private lessons and it doesn't take long to catch on. We loved it so much we still go take dance lesson from him. He teaches everything and we also learned some salsa, hustle, & swing. We did a foxtrot for our wedding. Here's a link to our wedding dance.
My FI saidhe doesn't need lessons because we're doing one slow dance. He's so boring! On the other hand, I did not want to do a slow dance with my dad, because I don't want to be a slobbering fool, so we're going to do a fun dance. We're not sure what we're doing yet, but I also need dance lessons. My son (he's 16) said he also wants to learn!
