Hi all- my wedding will begin at 11:30 am on a Sunday in June. Reception from 1 - 5. what do you think? do people feel like dancing in the afternoon? i have lots of fun guests who i'm sure will.....and i will if even i am up there alone! what are your thoughts? i'd like it to start off relaxing (ceremony on the water, string quartet) but i am hoping it gets at least a little crazy!should i stop giving it a second thought?

Re: dancing at an afternoon wedding?
We went to a wedding last year at Giorgio's that was a Sunday afternoon wedding, the same times. I like you was a little skeptical about people wanting to dance and party after they just woke up...EVERYONE WAS HAVING AN AWESOME TIME, AND THE DANCING DIDN'T STOP. Don't worry I'm sure it will be great. A good dj or band is the key. If you tell them to play upbeat songs no one will be able to sit!
