I swear to you that Kiehls Avocado eye cream has been a lifesaver. Not only did it help with my circles but the bags are completely gone. I have been using it for a year and I am addicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way to get rid of the circles no matter the age... plenty of water does help no drinking wine either of course will help.. but whoever said that the dark circles are hereditary is 100% correct.
