Darn being tall

I'm so tall that my ballgown is at the perfect length with my slip, this means I have to wear totally flat shoes, problem is there aren't any cute ones !!! I want a ballet flat type shoe, rhinestones, white, bows maybe , CAN'T FIND ANYTHING

Look on the bright side... you don't have to pay for a hem You can try and tastefully bejewel a nice pair of flats if you can't find a pair you like.

I so don't have advice for you because I'm not at that stage in the game...but I definitely feel your pain! I'm 5-10 and I have shoe issues all the time because I hate towering over the world. I also hate having to order extra length on every dress...only to wear flats and have them cut most of it off!

I'm 5'2 so i'll have the opposite problem... are you looking for white or colored shoes?

Thank you so much for your help. Im looking for a total princess shoe bc my dress is so regal looking it's just crappy that flats are so not fancy lol

cool idea and i have the same problem because i am 5 two . When i got my dress i had brought the shoes that i will be wearing and the height and the length of my dress is great.

I am having the same issue. I hate every shoe I see that is flats. I normally wear heels but I am taller than fh in heels and I would rather not be taller in the pictures. I was going to get colored shoes but now I am thinking not. I would love to be in flip flops the whole time

I actually am wearing really cute 3 inch heels for the rehearsal dinner.....white, peep toe and sparkles...oh to be shorter and able to wear them for the wedding

I totally have the same problem!!!! I'll let you know what I find. I really wanted a heel but I just don't think I can do it without spending the money for the extra length and then the alterations.

I'm trying to convince myself that its going to be more comfortable!

I'm tall and a member of the flats club too! When I tried on the dresses they said I could get away with 2 inch heals but we'll see when the dress comes in. Let us know if you stumble onto something good.

I'm not super tall .. but me and FH are like almost the same in height. He's taller by like 1/2 inch. Soo I'm always wearing really low heels or flats so I don't look taller than him. He swears he's much taller than me, but I dont see it. I'm going to be having the same issue as you when it comes to shoe shopping for me. I don't want to look taller than FH on our wedding day.
