i'm getting both my dresses altered there. I originally had my dresses at 2 different locs but the tailor there is AMAZING! I have Yun and she's sweet, funny and is absolutely AMAZING at what she does!!
i didn't buy my dresses there so i dont know if that's what you meant as far as service. But they seem to be accomodating there

i think their desk people are just not that friendly - but whoever does help with the dresses are nice

Yon's work is GREAT, but gowns other than bridal beware - I have known them to charge A LOT and not set a cap. After having a ton of business from my family, I even called to ask her how much to hem and take out a 2-layer BM gown, and she wouldn't give me an idea of price until she started working on it.
As far as service goes, I really like a couple of the girls there, but there is one woman in particular that I really didn't care for - I purposely went in on a day when she wasn't there after meeting her the first time, it's a small shop and I didn't want to deal.

I have other appts at Lillete's and Village Bridal for the 30th? Should I just waited and not waste my time at this small shop?

it's really up to you. maybe they'll have a dress there that you'll like that other places wont. plus, it's always fun to try on dresses so i say just go for it. you're not obligated to buy right there and then!

ITA - they have a decent amount of dresses, it certainly won't take up your whole day, so I'd still do it. And I like that they let you browse them yourself there.
