Ok, so it sounds like everyone is excited about Dave & Busters

Now when should we make the GTG for?

There is only one Dave & Busters. Julie you are thinking of Jillians (which by the way D&B took over ownership of Jillians)

Dave & Busters is on Vets Highway off of Exit 57.

Ohhh, I've always wanted to go to D&B! I've been to Jillians, but I hear D&B is more fun! I always shy away from the GTG's bc I feel like everyone would think I was a loser looking for friends - but now that I know that I'm not the only one who has trouble making new friends- I'd really like to attend this GTG and meet you all! I feel so silly sometimes because DH is always telling me that I should make friends out here, but I fel so dumb saying that I just don't know how! Well, I'm glad to see that Im not the only one who feels this way!

I'm in Nassau Co., but it would just be nice to know some other girls out here aside from my sister - who just annoys me too much sometimes! Looking forward to hearing more about this GTG!

It sounds like everyone is in the same boat so NO ONE should feel funny about coming. I think it will be a fun time!

Yes, we all say we are shy and uncomfortable making conversation (myself included) but I think we should just try to step up and out of our little shells and try to become friends.

We also have been saying that we have the same friends from school that one or two people. Or friends of our DH's.

I was so nervous for my first GTG... it is not that bad though. We can give eachother our cell numbers so if we don't see eachother we can call

I'm taking a step out of my little protective shell of old friends, so pardon me if I'm a bit spazzy at first

I'm excited about this GTG!!

Do we have a date/time set yet? I think calling ahead to give D&B a heads up is a good idea too - that way if we change our minds about what we're wearing that night, we'll still be able to find each other! And if you a make a reservation in your name Jola, if anyone gets there late they can still find us too! woo hoo - girls night!

I went to a couple GTG and we met outside to know each other (I was checking out all the women to see if they were wearing erings!).

I'd say let's wear our LIW T-shirts, but it's too cold. Now if we had sweaters

It's Sun-Sun so I get back the 14th
