I got the wrong color veil last Sunday. So, I went today to exchange it for the same exact one, but I need it in ivory instead of white.

They don't have any. I was told it would take 5 weeks. Guess what, I don't have that much time.

So, I spoke to the manager who ended up telling me, 'All sales are final here. No one twisted your arm and forced you to buy this. You saw the color and bought it.'

So, I said, 'I need the name of your supervisor. I don't like the direction that this is headed in.'

She said, 'And what direction is that?'

So, I said, 'I also work in a customer service industry and if I ever made a comment to one of my clients about them not having their arm twisted, I would be fired.'

so, the manager decided to order me the ivory veil from the David's warehouse. She said it should be here by Thursday. And, then she apologized for the comment she made...

And, I made her write on the order form that they will accept my white veil for exchange at the time that I come to get my ivory veil.

I just hope it's here soon...

Im sorry they gave you such a hard time!!!I ued Davids in NJ and they let me exchange my veil two days before my wedding, they were wonderful! Im so glad you stuck up for yoruself and got what you wanted!!!! Id still report her! People like that Piss me off!

Its called power hungry..people feel they are in a position to make decisions and instead of using their power for good they do what that lady did.
