I saw some dresses on the David's bridal website that are very pretty. I had a bad experience with alterations at a location in NJ. Has anyone had a good experience at any of the David's bridal in NY.

they definitely care more about their brides than their bridesmaids. we were going to get our bridesmaid dresses there but we were totally ignored and never offered any help. they only focus on brides and you must have an appointment or they dont want to see you.
personally, they are good because you can get a gown pretty inexpensive there, but i would never shop there again!

well when I first went to Davids to order the BM dresses I found them to be overwhelmed and under staffed b/c everything was so rushed and no one seemed to be happy... but I must say despite the lack of customer service all my BM dresses came in the correct size. style & color and came in like a month early so I was siked about that...

Bad experience at Carl Place. I'd say if that's THE DRESS, order it and have the alterations done some place else.

I got my wedding dress at Davids in Carle Place and had a great experience there. They treated me very well and did a great job on my alterations!!

purchased my BM dresses at David's Bridal in Yonkers. I did not like the experience I had. The staff was not helpful at all with the fitting of my girls, but at the register they were quick to ask you who helped you today. I've ordered the BMs dresses from them, but I refuse to get the alterations done there. They have nice dresses, but the service sucks!!
