I just posted my review on David's Bridal if anyone is interested on going there
where is it
I had bought my dress from David's Bridal about 4 years ago. ( I was previously engaged to someone else, but that's another story). Anyway, I am going to wear the dress being that no one saw the dress and it still fits me. I called David's Bridal and explained my situation and I still need the bustle attached and some alterations, but they said that since I had ordered my dress so long ago, that they wouldnt fix it. I was surprised. I live in Lindenhurst, any suggestions on where to go? I am an April 06 bride.
I just had a wonderful experience at the David's Bridal in Queens on Northern Blvd. We ordered the bms dresses from there and all of the staff were so helpful.
I think there is only one on LI...they just moved to a new location - by the Cheesecake FActory in the Source mall (although there is no entrance to the store IN the mall)
I've been there twice, once to try on bridal gowns and once to try on bridesmaids dresses for FH's sister's wedding. My motto for that store is 'It is what it is'. I have been to places where the staff was a bit more attentive or whatever, but they are very nice and they have some really nice gowns. I might end up getting my dress from there, I'm still torn between the one from David's and a Demetrios gown I tried on in Macy's.
thanks i am going to the one in westbury next week.
if you have not gone to david bridals go on there web site and look at dreees you want to try on because its crazy busy there and you don't get the one on one attentionlike other bridal stores
My MOH jsut went to Davids and she loved it. She is getting married Mar 06. They people there were so nice and attentive adn helpful. She went to the one by the Cheesecake Factory. I am now going to go there for my gown. She actually got to girls to personally help her.
