I know someone just posted this the other day but I called them today to make an appointment they keeped me on hold for 41 minutes then picked up and hung up the phone. I called back and went to voicemail it said 'you reached voice mail #49' and that was it. I pressed zero got an operator explained that I was on hold for a while and was hung up on, she then proceded to hang up on me again!! I then called back AGAIN and was not happy to say the least I explained what happed and they AGAIN PUT ME ON HOLD!!!!

Re: Davids Bridal....
I give you alot of credit for being so patient with that first phone call. I am dealing with the one in Cincinnati right now for my cousin's wedding - and have found that they are just as bad as the one here! And to think - I was getting aggravated after being on hold for about 5 minutes!!
I would seriously go to the store and speak to a manager about their customer service. What (if you dont mind me asking) are you going there for? Can you get it from another bridal place?

Re: Davids Bridal....
Sorry Cathleen. I wouldn't waste my time with them. Although I went their with my BM's to try on dresses, after hearing the nightmare stories of alterations, and the lack of customer service I recieved there, I have chose to seek elsewhere for a similar dress. They make you make an appointment, and then when I get there, theres NO ONE to help us. I basicly found all the dresses in their sizes myself!! Not very professional if you ask me. I see the phone service is the same way.

Re: Davids Bridal....
The dress I want to try is a Davids Exclusive. Once I try that one on I am leaving. I will go else where for alterations if I choose to get it. Otherwise I guess I am making appt's at other salons. Thats for the support girls you are right I dont have to put up with this.

I would have been soooo pissed. I would have never waiting that long though you do have alot of patience. I would have called back, demanded a manager and flipped out.

Re: Davids Bridal....
HOW RUDE, but since so many LIW brides seem to be having issues with them, can't you all get together and report them to BBB? They don't know who they are messing with don't they know we brides rely on WOM from each other.

Re: Davids Bridal....
that was me who posted about that a few days ago!
And let me tell you, I went today for my appointment, and it wasn't any better! First I got there and they didn't even have my appointment in their book. So, they asked me to come back in like 25 minutes when they'd have another opening (which was fine, I was running late anyway, so I felt like it was only right that I wait). So, I came back, and then they kept us waiting for like 20 minutes while she waited for the salesperson who was supposed to work with us... and it turned out that she'd just been sitting in the back, but nobody had bothered to look for her and she hadn't bothered to come to the front! Then the one girl was working with two of us brides at the same time, so I pretty much ended up getting ignored (which was fine, I didn't have the patience to wait for her anyway, once we grabbed some dresses and got in the dressing room I basically just ignored her and tried on the dresses myself). And in the end, it was only worth it because now I feel like I can officially rule out David's and not feel guilty about spending a little more money... because you definitely get what you pay for!
