thats terrible. my friend had alot of problems with them when she got her dress. i also hear of horrible stories, so im not going to go to them

I actually had a really bad experience with them too...my friend is getting married in PA and I ordered my bridesmaid dress with the Davids Bridal there. It was supposed to be delivered to my place in NY by November. Well, it was Jan. when I finally called Davids Bridal and they had no record of my friends wedding and after being transferred and put on hold multiple times, and having people hound me to make an appt. in NY, I finally received my dress--bride's names only appear on the registery of one store- where they sign up-they do not appear at all, which noone told me for quite some time--I finally got my dress in March. So make sure if you have out of town bridesmaids, you have them place their order through the DB at which you are registered, otherwise they might not receive the discount. However, my friend (the one that is getting married) swears by them and has had nothing but pleasant, prompt service- so I guess it is who you deal with!
