I ordered my dress from David's Bridal and I love it...I went to the one in Westbury and what everyone says is correct, their customer service for the most part stinks...and especially on the weekend when they're MOBBED. But the girl that helped me with my dress stayed with me for as long as I wanted/needed with no pressure...her name is Kim L. and after speaking with her as I was trying on dresses I found out she has a degree in Fashion & Design...which explained why she was so knowledgeable! I would HIGHLY recommend her! I even sent her a little Thank You flower arrangement the day after I bought my dress. I'm 6'1' so I had to have a dress ordered for me in an extra long so I didn't buy my dress off the rack, and I just got a phone call today that the dress came in...so now I just have to worry about what to do about alterations! I hear they're not the best in that department...

I got my dress & my BM dresses there. I love the dresses, but their service flat out *****. They can be pretty rude & they don't pay a whole lot of attention to you. I brought a BM & my mom with me when I went. My consultant brought a bunch of dresses that I picked from the catalog & my BM helped me put them on. We had a blast actually. When I went with the BMs for their dresses, one BM brought a friend & the two of us picked out the dresses & helped the girls into them. As much as I dislike their costumer service, I feel my dress was worth it. They do have some really nice dresses. I've managed to find ways around their crappy service.
