Davids bridal

Just told me that they wont press my dress because a friend of mine did my bustle.

I seriously hate Davids!

that *****....alterations there are mad expensive....i only needed a bustle but my mom need more and the price was almost as much as the dress price

No they told me on the phone today if i had any alterations done to the dress by someone other than them they will not press my dress!

Yes it is......i wish i never bought my dress from them they have been HORRIBLE! When i first went to pick my dress up they tried to give me a dirty dress, now this.......

I am going to call back tomorrow and talk to someone else and see if they say the same thing if so then i am going to make a stink

I'm sorry ur going thru this, I had the worst experience with them too. Def call and make a stink!

Thats so wrong!!! I worked there for a while (Yonkers location) and they did that to customers all the time... I'm sorry you have to go through this.. You think that would be the last thing you had to worry about right?

ugh that *****! i hate how some davids have great service (the one i used in jersey for all our dresses, was amazing!) and some, especially the ones in ny are so crappy.
