That is rude rude rude!!! I went to one also and it was a bad experience.. I ended walking out on the sales lady. She was chasing me out the door... but I had enough!!!

They had me pick out dresses from a book... and then proceeded to show me NONE of the dresses I picked out. And all the dresses they showed me were not that great! The lady did not help me for even a second to put the dresses on. She shoved me in this tiny room with like 6 dressses or so... and that was it... she was off. How in the world was I supposed to get the dress on all by myself and then close it and all that?? I mean really? Bridal dresses are not like regular dresses! So I had to open the door to ask my mother (who knew nothing about putting these dresses on and taking them off) to help me... when I opened the door.. the piece of fabric from the dress that I was holding up fell off and I completely flashed the 2 older ladies that were sitting outside the shoe box of a room I was in. I mean FULL NUDE TOP FLASH!!!! Thankfully I'm into flashing... or I might have been mortified by this!!!!
I tried on a few.. the lady was still NOT helping me at all... she was off running around with another bride. After I tried on the few dresses she gave me I had to wait for her to decide to come back and check on me. Finally I just had enough.. put my clothes back on and walked right out the door. Then she came running to me. Why in the world would I feel comfortable giving you my business after that?
I had just come from The Bridal Suite and they were sooooooooooooooo nice!!! That girl was able to show me how the bustle would look for each dress and everything (that's something I found most places have no idea how to do). She was terrific. I didn't get a dress there though.. the dresses I tried on there were way too princessy for me. I'm not a princess kinda girl!

I haven't totally written DB off all together though. I wouldn't go back to that store... I'd go to another JUST for the BM dresses because they have such good prices!!! I hear the one in Yonkers isn't so bad. So I might try there this weekend. I need BM dresses!!!!

My consultant at DB was wonderful. I am a larger girl and she showed me everything I wanted to see. She helped me with dressing, she was wonderful. I tried on the dress I bought a few times and she was so patient with me. I was very happy with her.
