Thanks ladies!! I really needed to vent.

The dress is from the Massapequa store, I am going back tonight.

I got my dress and BM dresses from that store as well!

We had terrible customer service, and a horrible experience.

I am getting married 2 weeks after you, and the store manager (Nicole?) told me to have the girls order the dresses in september bc it would take 4-5 months to come in (feb).

So we go there, and a few girls order there dresses. If you bought your dress from DB your BM's receive $20 off their dress, so make sure they get it. My girls weren't so lucky. The consultant (joan), and the store manager never bothered to tell me that. After I found out, I tried to get some kind of credit for the girls, but they refused.

Never recommending that location ever!


eta: oh, forgot to mention that the BM dresses came in within a week. So no need to rush on that. Don't let them try to tell you otherwise.

OMG! which DB did you go to? I had such an amazing experience at mine! I wouldn't have left without trying on that dress inthe sore no matt erhow backed up they were! at least all of those things you mentioned are fixable

UGH how rude!! I'm so sorry you have to be going through this!! The dress should be the fun part of the wedding!! Definetly take it back and complain to their manager ASAP! hope it all works out!

To make matters worse, they told me to hold off till I am ready for alterations. ***, I asked them if it was unable to be fixed would I get a new dress...her reply>>>>we would have to see. Are u kidding me. Tonight I pay a visit in person!!
