Honestly, when the wedding day is over is anybody gonna CARE how much the dress cost or where it came from? Unless they're trying to sell it.

I found my dress at Davids also...It was beautiful...But My alterations was only my bustle which my aunt fixed for me...But I Loved My dress

My dress is from David's too and I absolutely love it...however, I didn't care for the salesgirls there...my dress did not have to be ordered, I got to take it home right away. I am NOT using them for alterations...I've taken my dress elsewhere for that.

I also found 'the dress' at David's and I LOVE it. I didn't have a bad experience there, I used the one in Long Island City. They were helpful and I haven't had one problem. I went elsewhere before David's, and would have spent $$$ for one, but I found the 'one' there. They do have some beautiful dresses, and wasn't everyone taught not to judge a book by it's cover???

I was a little annoyed when I went yesterday. I had to wait awhile for the woman who was helping me. Then I asked if I could see how my friend looked in the dress b/c sometimes it helps to see how it looks on someone else, and she just said 'well you have a mirror', and I was like 'ok I guess not.' She could have said no in a nicer way, like say, 'we don't allow that.' Then we were waiting forever for her to get my dresses, and at the same time, she was still helping someone else, and I was thinking why can't I just start trying on my dresses myself if she's still helping someone but she has my dresses?

I did find one dress I like, but I do need to wait awhile to come to a decision since I haven't looked at any other places yet. Their prices ARE good.

i LOVE davidsBridal!! LOVE IT!!! But Im dealing with the one in jersey..I had sucha great experience. I did look around at other places, and just happened to fall in love iwth a dress from Davids, they were so awesome with me, the price was great, the dress fit me almost perfcetly..so I will deal with alterations within the next month,,but i do know alot of people who have used them and loved them!!I couldnt say anything bad about davids.

I HAVE heard bad things about the one in Long Island..you could always come to Jersey to find your dress and then have a separate seamstress do the alterations. Is probably cheaper anyway doing it that way!
