David's Bridal Disaster sorry long story

Hey girls,

You will not believe what happened to me today. I wanted to die. Me and FMIL went to David's bridal in Carle place ( i think) in the source mall. Well, long story short. We are browsing thru a ton of dresses in the catalog and I found 4 that I really liked and wanted to try on. Well, I found this one in particular by Oleg Cassani
How freaken horrible they did nothing to accomodate me at all. Other than give ******** excuses. After I fell in love with my dress and for all this time that it would be no problem to get it.

Sorry it's so long I had to vent about my horrible experience.

Although this may seem to be the end of the world it is not. First, either look for a similar or dress or maybe see if you can have it made. Then it would be made specifically for you. You need to find a good wedding dress maker. There are plenty. Try that. But don't worry, you'll find a dress.

Sounds like they did what they could. sometimes it helps if the message is delivered with a sweeter more apologetic tone. and i think that the used dress should be discontinued greatly- maybe contact higher up- ..but personally if it was THE DRESS i would have considered white instead of ivory ! or keep looking for similar like others said.

That just stinks!!! I would have started crying and freaking out in there so other customers would have seen me. Im drammatic like that. But it would have made a scene and maybe they would have done something to accomodate you just to get you to calm down. But anyway, you probably shouldn't give them your business now. But would you settle for the dress in white? If not, then it probably wasn't meant to be because there is an even more perfect dress out there waiting for you.
