David's Bridal Exchange Policy

Hi Ladies,
I picked up my dress last night ....I love it! BUT it just fits and its not very comfy....it also has a line across it because its too tight..can't really explain... I've been crying because it just doesn't look right. Do you think DB will exchange it for a bigger size? Does anyone know their policy or have dealt with this problem before?

I called them because i didnt fit in my dress the week before the wedding... and they said I could exchange it for a different dress as long as my dress wasnt altered.

ETA: My dress was taken out so i didnt have to worry about it in the end

You cant return for your money back anything purchased in the store. But you can exchange it.

I just called and got the NEW NASTY manager at the Source in Westbury. SHE SAID Oooooo NO!!!

I'm so angry with David's Bridal because my lady told me I could exchange it for another size. They all need to get on the same page.

I'm in tears. The dress closes but its just too tight!!

years ago, i bought my dress from Davids Bridal when i was engaged.
I hated that everyone knew what my dress looked like, so i went back 8 months later to DB and exchanged my dress. so i know for SURE that they will exchange it for you. as long as it has not been altered in any way of course. bring the receipt just in case!

I will keep you posted. They gave me a hard time. I love the lady who sold me my dress. She even offered to come to my house to put me in my dress!!! I love her. She's even invited to my wedding....but the new manager is a PAIN IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT!!

The dress just fits me and my BM made a good point...when I tried it on I didn't have the right undergarments on. So maybe SPANX will do the trick.

Which DB did you purchase it at?
