Davids Bridal never called

After the fiasco with my dress being discontinued without me knowing and getting lied to about it, I talked to the asst. manager there and she said she would call in a day or 2 and let me know about what they are going to do for me. Either the sample or she was going to try to find one in a warehouse... blah blah blah... but she never called. I am so not surprised. Now I know why they have the reputation that they do. I am calm now but I msut say, I feel really screwed over.

I would call them and tell them to forget it!
I know you love the dress but you don't deserve them not to call you back after all that crap from the beginning!

It's a shame because one of the dresses I love is at David's Bridal.

Go there. People find it a lot harder to jerk you around when you are staring them in the face rather then when you are on the phone.

You should definitely go there. And if you can bring someone who is level headed along with you that would be a good idea. I went through a similar experience with a friend re her wedding dress (It was not David's Bridal). We had to go into the store to get some straight answers and get her money back. I went along with her b/c she was very upset and it was good to have someone who was not directly involved in the situation there. We went into the store on a Saturday afternnon( their busiest day) and did not leave until we got some answers and her money.

This may be a last ditch suggestion, but when I was in Florida driving from the Ft. Lauderdale airport to South Beach, I noticed a David's BRidal outlet. They may have discontinued styles in dresses. I don't know if they have Oleg Cassini's but hey- never hurts to call.
