I went to Davids Bridal, found a dress I LOVE but I really don't want to buy off the rack, first of all they didn't have my size, they said they can get it at another location, but some of the dresses are really damaged, they said they do all the repairs at no charge. I tried to find the name somewhere else to get a brand new dress, but they said that dress is a line from Davids Bridal. Anyone experience this? Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

I know if you like a dress from David's you can request a brand new one be sent. Don't ever buy off the rack, these dresses have been tried on a million times and thats what they are for--trying on. Speak to the store managaer and request a brand new dress.

Thank you for your response I did ask the consultant about getting a brand new dress and they said that they can not, it is like a warehouse outlet, I will contact the store manager and see what she can do for me.

Have you tried going to their web site? (www.davidsbridal.com) I'm not sure if you can order the dresses from online or not but if not maybe you could try contacting another store near you to see if they will order you a new one.
