DAVIDS BRIDAL UPDATE

So Corporate finally called me about what had happened! About how they put my Sister's PAID IN FULL dress on the rack for others to try on!.

Well they told me that I was completly right and that they don't know why the manager said otherwise and that everything was marked in the computer so I shouldn't have had any problems!

They won't do anything for me even though we bought 16 DRESSES from them for my Wedding alone! So never will I set foot in there again willingly! AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER I WILL BASH EVERY CHANCE I GET esp since they didn't try and make it up to us

Ugh I hate that place... I would keep calling and complaining forever lol... they once sent my BM dress for a friends wedding home with the wrong girl, and then wouldn't let her give it to me directly. Then, when I got it the bag was ripped open, and there was dog hair from my friends house on it and they didn't say a WORD.. and I said, were you going to tell me you sent this home with someone else? and they just stared at me blankly and said they would clean it if I brought it back... I obvi did not bring it back for fear they'd cause more damage to the dress... That place really is the worst ugh

I'm sorry you had an issue with DB and understand your frustration. I have had the opposite experience with them. Even with ordering in multiple cities (MOH in Northern CA, BM in Southern CA, junior BM in NYC) I have not had any issues with them.

Which location did you go to?

that is such horrible customer service!!! too bad you cant cancel all your orders!

It seems to be the Lake Grove one because two years ago we had a similar prob with them with my Sister's Wedding. We bought 12 Dresses then too! They are horrible there!

It's the girls who work there! They are all rude have MAJOR attitudes and just think who they are and the manager bacxks their stupidity up! So I had to go to corporate and now the DM will hear about it! I want to sit outside the store and hold up signs about how much they suck! lol: lol: lol: lol: lol: lol: lol:

It might just be the store if everyones having a problem with the lake grove location. I used westbury and every issue i had they made sure they fixed before i got nasty There had been a pen mark on my gown when i picked it up and before i freaked ou ti showed the manager took a picture of it and said this needs to be fixed. She took it in the back cleaned it and it was perfect. and told me if there were any other marks or problems she'd order me a new one right away. So it may just have been the ****** customer svc at the one store that screwed everything up for you. Im sorry you had to go thru that stress.
