So today is my second day of weight watchers and I am trying to be really good about how I use my points (Its hard for me right now!!)...Does anyone have a good idea for lunch's that are filling and not super small? smart ones frozen meals only keep me satisfied for an hour or so...What about snacks?

Re: Day 2: Weight Watchers
I make a giant salad to go along with the smart ones. The only thing in it that counts toward points is the dressing.

Re: Day 2: Weight Watchers
If you get deli meats that come in packets (Like the hillshire farms ones, etc) a lot of those will be 1-3 points per serving...I will usually make a sandwich with those on Fiber 1 bread (1 point per slice) I put a Laughing Cow Spreadable Light Cheese on it (its creamy so I don't feel like I'm missing mayo) So right there thats like 4-5 points and since there's protein its pretty filling.
Along with that I'll snack on veggies (carrots, string beans, cherry tomatoes) or 100 cal packs.

The WW yogurt are only 1 point, I also would have a fruit. The smart ones don't fill me up either. I drink a lot of tea as well, with splenda.

Re: Day 2: Weight Watchers
If you have a smart ones for lunch, bulk it up with extra 0 point veggies.
Small wendy's chili is only 4 points and VERY filling. Get a small side salad and pour the chili over it - 4 point taco salad that'll last you hours!
3-4 oz grilled chicken, arnold's sandwich thin, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese. About 5-6 points.
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese with chopped pineapple - 3 points and a very filling snack
1 pint steamed chicken or shrimp with broccoli (chinese take out, sauce on side) - 2 points
ETA: Grilled cheese made with light bread, spray butter, reduced fat cheese, and a piece of canadian bacon - 4pts

Re: Day 2: Weight Watchers
I knew a few people gave some similiar (if not the same idea) but these are my favorite lunches:
1- turkey on arnold sandwich thins..with lettuce and honey mustard
2- biggg salds..with lots of veggies, fat free dressing. and on the side i toast a sandwich thin and spray some i cant believe its not butter
3- the campbell's soups...healthy recipe ones..soup is SO filling! you can also have one of the small 80 cal. soups before you eat something...it will help keep you full.
4- hummus on a toasted pita with FF mozzarella cheese
the best snacks: baby carrots, dannon light and fit yogurt, all bran crackers, fiber one bars, fiber plus bars, special k crackers, vita muffins/tops...i could go on and on!

Re: Day 2: Weight Watchers
My big trick was always getting the right bread. Pepperidge Farms Light Style 7 grain bread (2 slices are one point) and making a PB and J (use the Polaner All fruit) and reduced fat Peanut butter. The protein will keep you going.
Also, you can always bring one of the steamer bags of veggies that you can hit up with the spray I can't believe it is not butter. You only have to count the spray of butter (depending what veggie you pick)

Re: Day 2: Weight Watchers
usually when i have a ww meal or lean cuisine for lunch it fills me up...but if i have them for dinner then i always make a side salad with it and use a light dressing
some days for lunch i bring a turkey sandwich which really fills me up...i use whole weight light bread (2 slices = 1 pt), hillshire farms (1 pt for the serving), and i use 1 or 2 slices of fat free american cheese....this is only like 3-4 pts and always fills me up
