Day After Photos - Long Winded and need opinions (in case you are bored)

Ok, I admit it. I am now officially one of 'those' brides. I have some great pics from my wedding but I don't have very many good pics of my husband and I together from our wedding!! In most pics, he is looking the wrong way, someone else is in the shot, my STUPID sleeve fell down, SOMETHING.

So, I have been inspired by kittythestray. After I saw her AMAZING day after photos with Angelica Glass, I started researching photographers here in Dallas who could do a day after shoot with my dh and I. I have found a photographer that I LOVE and we have picked a location for the photoshoot.

I have decided to remove the cap sleeves from my dress (I don't like the way they photograph) and I am trying to decide how to wear my hair.

I vote for all down. Since these are 'day after' photos i'm thinking all down would be fun & casual! Plus, your new do is beautiful!!

I would go with half up/half down. If I were having a day after shoot (and I wish we could afford it) I would try to go for the exact look (or close to it) that I had on my actual wedding day. This way you can kinda mix pics that you take now with pics from your wedding, so it'll be harder to tell which is which. JMO!!

So lucky you get to be a bride again!!

I must admit - I am going to have a day after shoot too!!!!! My dress did not hold up the day of the wedding so I am going to have a re-do on Columbia University's campus (were DH and I went to college).

That said (cause I was so excited to share!) I vote for all down. Your hair looks so pretty!

I love the new haircut-you look beautiful! I say half up and half down or all down, whichever you feel more comfortable doing. I hate the way my hair photographs all down so that's why I suggested that!

I would suggest all down with some curls to add fullness with the gown.

I am a little bummed today. We are having GORGEOUS weather in Dallas and I want to do the day after shoot this week. My dress is back from the cleaners, the photographer is available but we can't get a tux in time

The photographer isn't available again until December. Oh well. I guess I will just have to be patient!
