Day After/Trash the Dress Shoot

i'm having a hard time figuring out where to do my trash the dress/day after shoot.

i have come up with a bunch of ideas but none that really have sold me

where would you take yours or think is a cool place?

I voted for the Beach. You can get some really good shots in the water.

Amusement Park. I am hellbent on going to Coney Island! FH thought it would be a really cool idea.

FH actually suggested that I take my dress on the cruise with us and I get in the water in Bermuda, but I'm afraid!!! I don't want to ruin it!

a neighborhood in brooklyn .. its really artsy.

I picked amusement park.
We are going to have our engagement pics taken at Coney Island I think.

It's a neighborhood in Brooklyn. I think it stands for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass? Sounds right!

I vote for the beach--I think you could get cool shots if you don't mind ruining your dress! A lot of girls are doing the Dumbo route now--not that they don't look great, I just think it would be a cool change!

i would do the beach... but thats the theme of my wedding so it makes sense

I like the DUMBO idea...it's not as traditional as the beach and will make for some unique pics. I like the adventureland idea second...could be really fun

I like the Aquarium. never seen any pix there taken, so it sounds cool.

how about an abandoned looking castle? or a roof top restaurant in the city?

I do really like 5 points. I used to pass there everyday on the 7 and I always thought, man that would be a cool place to take pics! I still vote amusement park though!

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!!!! I used to pass 5ptz on the train EVERDAY heading from Woodside to Manhatten when visiting my FH in the hospital in the city and I used to LOVE looking at it. It was like my little landmark that I was about half way there! LOL

ETA: That has an abandoned building/factory/castle type feel and as long as you pay the fee for the photo shoot, I promise you won't be trespassing! LOL! HTH!

ok so i voted for the beach.....cuz i think that is just UBER SEXYYYYYYYYY

a bride in teh white dress, in the water with the wind blowing....CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TIMELESS!!!!!!!! you will never wonder 'what was i thinking taking pics there???' u kno??

but i also LOVE the idea of an amusement park...omg on the merry go round???? Or playing one of the water shooting games or something...

maybe eating some classic 'amusement park' food?

i think thats sooooooo creative and different...

soooooooo i voted beach, cuz thats my #1, but if not, i would have chosen amusement park!
