First, I want to say hello! I am new to nycityweddings and this is my first post!
Now my question - Do you think it's worth it to have a day of coordinator? I am not having a particularly big wedding (about 120 guests), but I am not having a bridal party, MOH or best man (our moms are going to be our witnesses). Do you think having someone there that day to take care of the details is worth it or a waste of $$?

Welcome and Congratulations!
IMO I would not hire a wedding coordinator, I think if you plan everything in detail there should be no problem. We are not having one and we have 230 guests, I love the entire planning phase..good luck and once agian welcome!

I'm actually considering hiring one. I've heard that they're really good. They take care of all of the details that day. Like taking care of all the tips and making sure that the centerpieces are perfect. I'm going to start looking soon. If you book one keep me posted.

I think it really depends on what your needs are. I am having one and only have a MOH and BM. We also only are having about 130 guests. I am a worrier and don't want to have to think about anything but getting married and having a good time. For me it was worth the extra expense. I also have OTT guests that she will be helping coordinate and an independent student florist that will she will be helping. Hope that helps!
