Day of Coordinator?

I'm using Elaine Deluca from Exquisite Events. She's also been helping me with some of the pre-day stuff as well and she's been super helpful. She's incredibly knowledgeable and thinks of questions to ask that I never would've thought up in a million years. She really knows how to get things done.

For the day-of, she makes up timelines for your BP and your vendors (so they know when they're supposed to be doing everything). She also makes computer-generated diagrams for the hall to show them how you want your escort cards set up, how you want your centerpieces, etc.

We used her too!! She was unbelievable!!!!

Honestly, I didn't have one, and if I could go back and change that I would.

I was the only one who REALLY had all the plans in their head and so the day ended up being extra stressful for me.

This is the main reason I'm using one...Money is a little tight now, but I realized...I'm the only one who really knows what's going on, plans, etc. Who's going to do this...who's going to do that?...AHHH... So far just by knowing I'm transferring all that stress to someone else has got me back on track and relieved!

I am using Laura from LA Productions. She is the sweetest, most caring, amazingly organized person!
I highly recommend her. She does everything!
