Day of coordinator

Hey Daniela! I hired Rosalie for the whole wedding planning process. She's done a terrific job for me so far! Her # is 516-220-6014. Here's a list of stuff associated with the day of that I need her to do:

-keep an eye on the card/gift table

-bring the card holder, toasting flutes and cake topper to the hall

-a lot of the vendors I hired will be needing final payments that day, and I want her to distribute them.

-I also want her to give out the tips

-assemble my favors and deliver them to the hall the week of the wedding
-set them out that day

-print out my placecards, bring those to the hall

-emergency kit- asprin, sewing kit, pantyhose, garment steamer, etc

-prompt me to keep the timeline- first dance, cake cutting, mother/son dances, bo-k toss, garter etc

-make sure my cake, chapel and hall are decorated

-make sure my must-take pics are done by the photographer

Last week, she drove me all the way out to New Jersey because I had my heart set on a Beetle limo, and there were none to be found in Brooklyn or LI.

I hired my sister (MOH)

She happens to be fantastic at paying attention to details and staying on top of things. Currently she is addressing my invitations, puttign my favors together, and organzing the entire bridal shower...hope I didn't spread her too thin!

Rosalie is Great my friend hired a few days before her wedding and she did a great job.

But, I am using Jodi from Simpicity plannings and invitations, so far she has WONDERFUL and great to work with

I'm still on my honeymoon, (last day at sea). I couldn't resist to vote for Rosalie. She did an awesome job; from helping me pick my invites, to making sure I was okay at the end of our wedding day.
