Hi all! I've been considering having a DOC. Is anyone using one? Is it necessary? I've been thinking of using Francesca from Dazzling Affairs? Is anyone working with her or has worked with her? If so, what's her general pricing? Thanks!

I LOVE Francesca!!!! I am using her.
I met with her in fall of 08 at Jericho Terrace. As you know, she is there to help you as a JT bride. WHen we met with her, we bounced ideas off of her and got a lot of great feedback. We walked out of the meeting feeling like we got a lot out of it as we were in the beginning stages of planning. So from then on, I would get an email from her monthly just asking how things were going. (Keep in mind, we still didn't book her at this point) So for about 6 months, I would occasionally ask FH about hiring her as our DOC.
So fast forward to April, I set up a meeting to meet with her to dicuss hiring her as our DOC. FH was skeptical since I planned every little aspect of the wedding and he didn't really know what she would do. It was funny, during the meeting FH was looking at me like lets hire her!
For us, there are so many little things that we don't want to worry about so I just HAD to hire her. She has been great to work with. Always checks in with me to see if I need anything and how the planning is going. I actually just got an email from her for our final meeting and I am so excited to pass my wedding torch to her and I don't have to worry about a thing. You have to read SoinLoveRwe2 review. She used her and loved her and then her sister hired her as well! I was sold after her review!

Book her. We did and I am telling you she is so amazing! I would call though to discuss pricing and to def. talk to her. People I know used her and said nothing but amazing things. She knows the business inside out and above all, she is so reliable. Trust me when I say you'll meet her once and want to book!!!

I am not using her but have heard nothing but good things about her. I am using cynthia ross. She is great also and a little cheaper than Fran

I do plan on using one. My FSIL is using Dazzling Affairs (not sure exactly who). If she has no complaints afterward than I will definitely be using them as well. You gotta have someone the day of to make sure everything runs smoothly. I don't want to have to worry that my nothing is set up the way I wanted.

I cannot say enough about Francesca-- she is the NUMBER ONE reason that our wedding day was absolute perfection.
I could go on and on-- but I do that in my review!! Check it out-- I had a mouthful about her!!!
My review is long so do a search for Dazzling affairs and you'll go right there. My sister (Pandafish519) also reviews her- so check her out there as well if you're looking for more info.
If you call her tell her Amy & Ally say hi!! We STILL talk to her because she is THAT awesome!! We feel like she's a part of our family!
If I could choose just one piece of advice to give to any bride it would be to have a DOC. FM me if you have any questions about her!
