Day OF Coordinator duties

does anyone have a list of duties for the day of coordinator?? TIA

Here's what my person does:
* Venue inspection
* Display layout, set-up & breakdown
* Vendor confirmation, supervision & management
* Wedding day timeline development
* Bridal party management
* Photo session management
* Packaging of bride & groom's personal belongings
* Emergency bridal amenities
* 3 personal consultations beginning 12 weeks prior to your wedding

I'm sure there's a more extensive list somewhere out there, but hope this helps for now!

Hey Chris! Here's my list for Rosalie so far:

-keep an eye on the card/gift table

-bring the card holder, toasting flutes and cake topper to the hall

-a lot of the vendors I hired will be needing final payments that day, and I want her to distribute them.

-I also want her to give out the tips

-assemble my favors and deliver them to the hall the week of the wedding
-set them out that day

-print out my placecards, bring those to the hall

-emergency kit- asprin, sewing kit, pantyhose, garment steamer, etc

-prompt me to keep the timeline- first dance, cake cutting, mother/son dances, bo-k toss, garter etc

-make sure my cake, chapel and hall are decorated
