I know this is going to sound weird but am hoping most of you will be able to give me some input on this situation. Here goes...my dress is strapless and I am very worried about having deodorant 'balls'(clumping) on the day of the wedding. I will admit that I have OCD when it comes to applying my deodorant. I have to do each side at least 13 times..if not ..evenly on each under arm. I use Dove Ultimately Clear, which is not supposed to leave deodorant marks on your clothing, however it does leave on mine. I'm assuming because I apply so much.. My question is...what deodorant can I use for the day of that will go on clear and stay clear??? Thank you so much and sorry for the weird post.

I just found Mitchum clear gel for women and I think it works great and really does stay clear! Just apply it before clothes and let it dry completely otherwise it feels ooey gooey and wet.

Really?? How does it smell? I am not a fan of those baby powder scents or florally scents... I normally use Dove fresh or Dove cucumber. Or even better..do they come in unscented?? THANKS!

I think if you put that much of any deodorant on you will have that problem. I've been using the Degree clear its very good.

I use clear gel. Mitchum works really well.

I know I'm a BIT of an over doer..I just HATE feeling like I didnt' put enough. I never realized that I suffer from OCD with deodorant. THanks!!

i hate those bally things too! i've noticed for some reason it doesn't happen when i use the spray kind. I don't know why though! I've been using Secret spray deoderant and the balls haven't occurred since I switched.

maybe you could experiment with these and the first time you try them, try not putting as much on and see how it lasts (and maybe keep them in your pocketbook this way in case you have a lil freak out moment you can run to the restroom)...but maybe then you can see if it's the deodarant or the amount you put on that makes it no longer clear

I think I'll try Spray!! I just always felt it wasn't enough....part of my OCD I guess. Thanks!
I'm the same way. I put on twenty layers and sometimes find little white balls on the floor. I'm like...what is that and then I realize it's my deoderant. I change mine monthly bc it seems that after a little while they stop working and I start stinking! That is why I am also afraid to get anything where my pits are showing!

I use Certain Dri. I heard about it on LIW and it is the ONLY deodrant I have ever used that actually stops me from sweating. It doesn't have a scent. You apply it at night before you sleep. I have never used anything better.

I have big ocd too with deodarant (maybe i thought i was a smelly kid? hahaha)... i use certain dry first... then in the morn i use reg. deodarant.. i just noticed little ball-ies recenetly so i might just switch to the spray with the certain dry...
