I bought mine at Craft Shoes in Commack.

those are cute ... i tried something like that on today in patchogue. i don't wear heels too often (or too well for that matter!) so i'm trying to stick with a lower and wider one, if possible. and now i'm debating between open toe or closed toe.

Yeah, I wanted something much much lower, but I just didn't see anything that I liked. These were surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in. I am also going to get a pair of slippers to wear later on in the evening b/c my feet hurt at the end of every day, no matter what. But I do love the pointed toe of these, which is what attracted me to them.

The other tricky thing is that with our date, we could get a 65 degree day, or we could get 35. Hard to tell. There were some very cute peep toe ones at Craft too. They had well over 150 different styles of bridal shoes. It was a bit overwhelming at first.

i know what you mean about the weather ... last year, december 8th had a high temperture of 27 degrees! but if i do decide to go with open toe, who's gonna see my feet? comfort is what really matters! i think i'll need to see what craft has for myself ... sounds like a good starting ground.

Just got mine at Payless this week and I got slipper flip-flops from Lillian Vernon.

I did too. I found a cute pair of shoes in the dyables section so I bought those for the ceremony. As soon as the ceremony is over, I'm changing into my cute & quite comfy platform flip flops from JC Penny.

Sandy's Shoes in Massapequa

I bought a pair of white flip flops from Old Navy, but I didn't need them. My shoes didn't hurt!
