A Saturday, but it's an AFTERNOON wedding... everything is done by 6... and it's in February...seemingly the only month where a Sat. wedding is affordable!

Saturday- we have a lot of OOT guests, and although it would have been cheaper on Friday, we didn't want the guests to have to take a lot of time off work to make it.

Saturday seems to be the most popular choice because it's not a work day and the next day people don't have to work either. Kind of makes it easier for you and your guests.

sunday afternoon sunday because its cheaper and afternoon so that way people won't be out late, won't drink as heavily, and will have enough time to rest up for work the next day if they go to work

Originally was going to be a Saturday, but got a way better deal for Sunday. Worked out well money wise.
