DISCLAIMER: Okay, I know this is insane, but I'm really anal and want to give my DOC all this information. Obviously a 5 minute deviation here or there is OK, but I need to make sure these things get done and sort of in this order

Am I missing anything????

I think you've got everything all set! What time did you put on the invites for the ceremony to start???? I would NOT expect most people to arrive 15 minutes before the 'ceremony start time' listed on the invite.... I would def try to put 4:30 as the ceremony time so that you can insure that EVERYONE will be there... I've been to so many weddings in the last 2 years, and the ones that ran the smoothest did that, put the start time of the ceremony about 30 min before it actually started..... Good for you!!!! (I just might copy you with this time line idea!)

Wow! Now, I dont' feel bad about my stressing over day of timeline! I was just trying to figure out the whole pics at CHCC and family shuttles from hotel etc! Girl, you're on top of it!!! good for u! I think your DOC will be totally impressed!

My FH is a notoriously heavy sleeper and the rest of his family is like zombies as well. I think a wakeup call is necessary (at least in my case). In fact, I may have to send a messenger to ring the doorbell a thousand times to wake up the lazy bums!

Question for you being that you are the same day as me. Our ceremony starts at 3:30 and cocktail is at 7. I was planning on taking pictures after the ceremony which would be around 4ish. However, someone told me that it will probably get dark at 5ish. This does not make me happy. According to your very planned out timeline, is this why you are taking pictures beforehand??

Heather, my ceremony is at 5:00pm that's why I'm doing pics before. You could do pics after your ceremony, but keep in mind, Sunset is at 5:50pm on our wedding date. HTH!
