how are you guys planning your day i.e hair makeup leaving for church?

our ceremony is at 7, so my photog sent me a timeline...
2:30 pm - Photographers arrive
3:30 pm - change into gown
4:00 pm - First look
4:30 pm - leave hotel for venue
5:00 - 6:30 pm - Wedding Party/Couple/Family Portraits
7:00 pm - ceremony
7:30 pm - cocktails
not sure about when we are going to start hair and makeup, I have 10 girls so I am thinking we will need to start around 10 or 11?

I would ask your photographer what they think will be good. They are used to scheduling and they will be able to help you. Also, what time is your ceremony? What time is your cocktail hour? All of these are factors in your timeline!
As for hair and makeup, When I finally know how many girls are getting both hair and makeup done my hair makeup person will tell me what time she thinks we need to start. I am just assuming that if we need to be ready by 3:30, that we will need a lot of time!
