I think there are more, not sure...

With the prices we pay for weddings, the vendors should be tipping US! Just sayin'

i can't find the post I was looking for to bump...it was in Brides Helping Brides called the Mother of all lists or soemthing...

Officiant (most are given donations)
Alter Servers
Day of Coordinator
Photo
DJ & MC
Limo (each driver)
Hair
Makeup
Maitre' D
Bridal Attendants
Floral Delivery (some have said if they delivered before they RH then they didnt tip)
Ceremony Musicians

All above of course depend on if included or not in contract
