Day of - where are you getting ready? (Hotel?)

Is anyone getting ready at home vs. hotel? I didn't even think of getting ready at a hotel the day of but after reading so many posts it seems that's the norm... Anyone getting ready at home?

I am getting ready at my Nana's home. It is a bit larger than my parents so we will have more room to get ready

I am getting ready at home but my friends wedding in September we are getting ready in a hotel

I'm getting ready at home. My parents still live in the house i grew up in, so i can't wait to take pictures there!

Ditto - I'm getting ready at home (sentimental reasons... when I look back on the pics and video I want to see the house I grew up in)... After reading so many posts of people getting ready at a hotel I was beginning to think I was the only one getting ready at home...

Iam leaving from hotel. Moms house is too small and isnt nice for picture taking. plus we are staying in the hotel the night of, so i dont have to worry about cleaning lol.

Thats exactly why I want to get married at home. This is the only house i've known and am sad to leave it. My dad will be selling the house shortly after the wedding so Its pretty bittersweet. I want to have the pictures and video of my home forever.

i got ready at a hotel. my place is way too small, and not pic friendly at all, and my family has moved around so much there's no family home to take pics at.

i want to get ready at home but we are having an after party there and i think if we do it will be a mess and then my mom will be freaking out that its a disaster and i dont want to get up early to make sure we have time to clean before we leave lol
